Refund policy
1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (without used postage labels).
- To start your return or exchange write us an email with all details info@elentare.com . Our team will contact you with the next steps.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges are free—we will cover the shipping for your new item.
2. REFUND PROCESS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-4 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
3. EXCHANGE PROCESS
- If you requested an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped within 3-4 business days after we receive your return.
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your exchange has been shipped.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges qualify for free shipping—we will cover the cost of sending out the new item.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings
- Custom-made or engraved items
- Items marked as Final Sale
