Refund policy

1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (without used postage labels).
  • To start your return or exchange write us an email with all details info@elentare.com . Our team will contact you with the next steps.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are free—we will cover the shipping for your new item.

2. REFUND PROCESS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-4 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

3. EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • If you requested an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped within 3-4 business days after we receive your return.
  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your exchange has been shipped.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges qualify for free shipping—we will cover the cost of sending out the new item.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings
  • Custom-made or engraved items
  • Items marked as Final Sale
